Acceptance

By using Oman Business Directory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

Service

The app provides an informational business directory and permits business information to be submitted for review. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of any listing.

Submitter responsibility

By submitting a business, you confirm the information is accurate and current, you are authorized to provide and publish it, and it does not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Review and removal

Every submission requires administrator approval. We may reject, edit, suspend or remove unlawful, misleading, duplicate or inappropriate listings and are not obligated to publish.

Prohibited use

You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content; impersonate others; distribute malware; conduct harmful automated collection; or bypass security, CAPTCHA or spam controls.

Business interactions

Communications and transactions between users and listed businesses are solely those parties’ responsibility. We are not a party to any offer, contract, payment or dispute.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you own and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, format and distribute it to operate and promote the directory. The app, design and software are owned by or licensed to the operator.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions or losses resulting from reliance on listings or dealings with third parties.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We may update them, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
