By accessing, browsing, registering with, purchasing services from, listing products or services on, or otherwise using Tijara.om, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

Tijara.om may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features from time to time.
2. Role of Tijara.om
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Tijara.om acts as an intermediary platform connecting independent businesses and users.
Tijara.om is generally not the manufacturer, supplier, seller, distributor, importer, exporter, employer, agent, representative, or purchaser of products or services listed by third-party vendors.
When a buyer contacts, negotiates with, requests a quotation from, purchases from, or otherwise enters into a commercial arrangement with a vendor found through the Platform, the resulting commercial relationship is primarily between the buyer and that vendor.
Tijara.om is not automatically a party to such transactions.
Nothing displayed on the Platform should be interpreted as an endorsement, guarantee, certification, partnership, agency relationship, or representation by Tijara.om regarding any user, business, product, service, quotation, or commercial opportunity unless expressly confirmed by Tijara.om in writing.
3. Eligibility
You may use Tijara.om only if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
Where you use the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, government entity, partnership, or other legal person, you represent that you have sufficient authority to act on behalf of that entity.
Business users may be requested to provide information such as:
- Legal business name
- Commercial Registration details
- Contact information
- Business address
- Tax or VAT information
- Authorized representative information
- Business licences

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
- Preventing unauthorized access to your account
- Keeping your contact information updated
- Ensuring activities performed through your account are authorized
You must notify Tijara.om promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Tijara.om may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably believe that it has been compromised, used fraudulently, or operated in violation of these Terms.
5. Business and Vendor Accounts
Businesses may create profiles, virtual booths, listings, product catalogues, or service listings subject to the applicable subscription plan.
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that information they publish is accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.
This includes information relating to:
- Company identity
- Business licences
- Products and services
- Product origin
- Product specifications
- Pricing
- Minimum order quantities
- Inventory or availability
- Delivery conditions
- Certifications
- Warranties

Tijara.om may review, edit, reject, suspend, hide, or remove listings that violate these Terms or Platform policies.
Approval of a vendor account or listing does not constitute a guarantee or certification by Tijara.om of that vendor or listing.
6. Product and Service Listings
Listings must provide a fair and reasonably accurate representation of the products or services offered.
Vendors must not intentionally:
- Publish false or misleading information
- Advertise products that they are not authorized to sell
- Misrepresent product origin, manufacturer, condition, certification, or specification
- Use misleading prices to attract inquiries
- Impersonate another business
- Use trademarks, photographs, descriptions, or copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization
- Create duplicate or spam listings
- Manipulate search results or Platform rankings
- Publish unlawful or prohibited material
Tijara.om reserves the right to determine how listings are categorized, displayed, ranked, promoted, archived, or removed.
7. Prohibited Products, Services and Activities
Users must not use Tijara.om to advertise, sell, purchase, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate products, services, or activities prohibited by the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman or any other applicable jurisdiction.
This includes any product, service, material, transaction, or activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, dangerous, restricted, sanctioned, or subject to licensing requirements that the relevant vendor does not satisfy.
Tijara.om may remove such content without prior notice and may suspend or permanently terminate associated accounts.
Where required by law, Tijara.om may cooperate with competent governmental or regulatory authorities.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into a transaction.
Before making payments or entering into contracts, buyers should independently verify matters such as:
- Vendor identity
- Commercial Registration
- Licences
- Product specifications
- Product quality
- Certifications
- Pricing
- Payment terms
- Delivery terms
- Warranties
- Import/export permissions
- Customs requirements

- Contractual obligations
Information published on Tijara.om should not replace independent commercial, technical, legal, financial, customs, or regulatory verification.
9. Requests for Quotation and Business Inquiries
Tijara.om may allow buyers to submit RFQs, inquiries, requests, or contact forms.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding purchase agreement.
Similarly, responding to an inquiry does not necessarily create a binding sales agreement.
Any resulting commercial contract is subject to the terms independently agreed between the relevant buyer and vendor.
Users are responsible for retaining appropriate records of quotations, specifications, purchase orders, invoices, agreements, and communications relating to their transactions.
10. Prices
Prices displayed on the Platform may be provided directly by vendors and may be indicative rather than final.

- Customs duties
- Shipping
- Insurance
- Installation
- Banking charges
- Payment processing charges
- Government fees
- Import/export charges
- Other taxes or expenses
Where a listing states “Contact the vendor for pricing”, the final price must be obtained directly from the relevant vendor.
Tijara.om is not responsible for pricing errors made by independent vendors.
11. Transactions Between Users
Users are responsible for negotiating their own commercial terms.
These may include:
- Price
- Quantity
- Payment
- Currency
- Incoterms
- Inspection
- Delivery
- Insurance
- Warranty

Tijara.om does not guarantee that another user will complete a transaction, make payment, deliver products, satisfy contractual obligations, or provide the quality represented.
Users enter into third-party transactions at their own commercial risk.
12. Payments to Vendors
Where payments for products or services are made directly between buyers and vendors, Tijara.om does not control such payments and is not responsible for payment disputes.
Users should exercise appropriate caution when making advance payments, international transfers, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments to accounts that cannot be independently verified.
Users should ensure that the beneficiary of any payment corresponds with the relevant contracting party.

Bank transfers may require manual verification before a service or subscription becomes active.
14. Subscriptions and Membership Plans
Some Tijara.om services are provided on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis.
Subscription features, quotas, limitations, and pricing may differ between plans.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, subscription benefits apply only during the active subscription period.
Failure to renew or pay applicable charges may result in:
- Removal of premium features
- Downgrading of the account
- Suspension of listings
- Removal of featured placement
- Restriction of vendor dashboard functionality
- Suspension of the virtual booth
Tijara.om may change future subscription prices or package features. Changes will not retrospectively alter amounts already paid for an existing paid subscription period unless required by law.
15. Refunds
Fees paid directly to Tijara.om are subject to the refund terms applicable to the purchased service.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific quotation, agreement, service description, or applicable mandatory law, fees for services that have already been activated, delivered, performed, reserved, customized, or substantially commenced may not be refundable.
Payments made to third-party vendors are governed by the agreement and refund policy between the relevant vendor and buyer.
Tijara.om is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of independent vendors unless Tijara.om expressly collected and agreed to administer the relevant transaction.
16. Taxes
Each user is responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax obligations.
Where required by applicable law, Tijara.om may charge Value Added Tax or other taxes on services supplied directly by Tijara.om.
Vendors are independently responsible for determining whether VAT or other taxes apply to their sales and for issuing appropriate tax documentation.
17. Communications Between Users
Tijara.om may provide tools allowing users to communicate by:
- Internal messaging
- Contact forms
- Telephone
- RFQs
- External communication links
Users must not use these features to send spam, fraudulent messages, abusive communications, malware, unsolicited mass advertising, or unlawful content.
Tijara.om may restrict communication features in cases of suspected abuse.

33. Digital and Professional Services
Where Tijara.om provides services such as website development, marketing, content creation, domain registration, consulting, design, or advertising management, additional project-specific terms may apply.
If a separate proposal, quotation, service agreement, statement of work, or invoice has been accepted, its specific terms will apply to that service.
