Oman Business Directory is operated by Bright Palm Solutions LLC in the Sultanate of Oman and uses tijara.om and its backend services.

Information we collect

Browsing does not require an account. A business submission may include its name, address, email, phone number, category, region, WhatsApp availability and business type. Our servers may log the IP address and basic technical information needed for spam prevention and service operation.

How we use information

We use information to review and verify submissions, publish approved businesses, communicate about a submission when necessary, prevent fraud and spam, and protect, operate and improve the directory.

Information made public

After administrator approval, submitted business details—including name, address, email, phone number and contact links—may become publicly accessible. Do not submit personal or third-party information unless authorized to publish it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting and technical providers that help operate the service, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain submissions and published data as needed to operate the directory, meet legal obligations and prevent abuse. You may request correction or removal of a listing and deletion of its associated data.

Security

We use HTTPS, administrative access controls and reasonable safeguards. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and adults, is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction or deletion and object to processing where applicable. We may request information to verify your relationship to the business.
